MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert: BuzzFeed, Inc. (BZFD)

BuzzFeed, Inc. (BZFD) has announced a reverse stock split effective for Monday, May 6, 2024. On that date, the current BZFD option class will change to BZFD1.  The MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange will not list BZFD1 options. Therefore, no options on BZFD will be available for trading on Monday, May 6, 2024. 

BuzzFeed, Inc. (BZFD) will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange on Tuesday, May 7, 2024.

All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in BZFD will be canceled at the close of business on Friday, May 3, 2024.
