MIAX Options and MIAX Pearl Corporate Action Alert: Energy Transfer Partners, L.P. (ETP) and Sunoco Logistics Partners L.P. (SXL)
The merger between Energy Transfer Partners, L.P. (ETP) and Sunoco Logistics Partners L.P. (SXL) has become effective. On Monday, May 1, 2017 the current ETP option class will change to ETP1 and Sunoco Logistics Partners L.P. (SXL) will change its name and equity symbol to Energy Transfer Partners, L.P. (ETP). The MIAX Options and MIAX Pearl Exchanges will not list ETP1 or SXL options on Monday, May 1, 2017. Option symbol SXL will change to ETP effective on Tuesday, May 2, 2017 and resume trading on the MIAX Options and MIAX Pearl Exchanges.
NOTE: ETP options will trade on Cloud 5 on the MIAX and on Cloud 3 on MIAX Pearl.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in ETP and SXL will be canceled at the close of business on Friday, April 28, 2017.
