MIAX Options and MIAX Pearl Corporate Action Alert: Cemex, S.A.B. de C.V. (CX)
Cemex, S.A.B. de C.V. (CX) has announced a stock dividend. Associated strike price adjustments will become effective on Wednesday, May 3, 2017. On that date, the current CX option class will change to CX2. The MIAX Options and MIAX Pearl Exchanges will not list CX2 options. Therefore, no options on CX will be available for trading on the MIAX Options and MIAX Pearl Exchanges on Wednesday, May 3, 2017. Cemex, S.A.B. de C.V. (CX) will resume trading on the MIAX Options and MIAX Pearl Exchanges on Thursday, May 4, 2017.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in CX will be canceled at the close of business on Tuesday, May 2, 2017.
