MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Corporate Action Alert: Xerox Corporation (XRX)
Xerox Corporation (XRX) has announced a reverse stock split that is effective on Thursday, June 15, 2017. On that date, the current XRX option class will change to XRX2. The MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Exchanges will not list XRX2 options. Therefore, no options on XRX will be available for trading on the MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Exchanges on Thursday, June 15, 2017. Xerox Corporation (XRX) will resume trading on the MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Exchanges on Friday, June 16, 2017.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in XRX will be canceled at the close of business on Wednesday, June 14, 2017.
