MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Corporate Action Alert: Arena Pharmaceuticals Inc. (ARNA)
Arena Pharmaceuticals Inc. (ARNA) has announced a reverse stock split that will become effective on Monday, June 19, 2017. On that date the current ARNA option class will change to ARNA1. The MIAX Options Exchange will not list ARNA1 options. Therefore, no options on ARNA will be available for trading on Monday, June 19, 2017. ARNA will resume trading on the MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Exchanges on Tuesday, June 20, 2017.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in ARNA will be canceled at the close of business on Friday, June 16, 2017.
