MIAX Options Corporate Action Alert: Threshold Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (THLD) splits and changes its name and trading symbol to Molecular Templates, Inc. (MTEM)
Threshold Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (THLD) has a reverse split and changes its name and trading symbol to Molecular Templates, Inc. (MTEM) effective for Wednesday, August 2, 2017.
Strike prices and all other option terms will not change.
NOTE: MTEM options will trade on Cloud 12 on MIAX Options.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in THLD will be canceled at the close of business on Tuesday, August 1, 2017.
