MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Delisting Alert: ENERNOC, INC. (ENOC)
ENERNOC, INC. (ENOC) will be de-listed from the MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Exchanges effective on Tuesday, August 8, 2017.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in ENOC will be canceled at the close of business on Monday, August 7, 2017.
Details about the ENERNOC, INC. (ENOC) merger are provided in the attached OCC memo.
