MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Corporate Action Alert: Black Diamond, Inc. (BDE) will change its name and trading symbol to Clarus Corporation (CLAR)
Black Diamond, Inc. (BDE) will change its name and trading symbol to Clarus Corporation (CLAR) effective for Monday, August 14, 2017.
Strike prices and all other option terms will not change.
NOTE: CLAR options will trade on Cloud 3 on MIAX Options and Cloud 2 on MIAX PEARL.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in BDE will be canceled at the close of business on Friday, August 11, 2017.
