MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Corporate Action Alert: MGP Ingredients, Inc. (MGPI)
MGP Ingredients, Inc. (MGPI) has announced a distribution that will will become effective on Wednesday, August 16, 2017. MGPI options will continue to trade without interruption on the MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Exchanges.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in MGPI will be canceled at the close of business on Tuesday, August 15, 2017.
