Electronic Filing of Annual Reports

MIAX Option Members are reminded that, in connection with the Regulatory Services Agreement between the Exchange and FINRA, the filing of MIAX Options Rule 803 Audits annual report has been transitioned to the electronic filing platform available via FINRA’s Firm Gateway.

Please refer to MIAX Options Regulatory Circular 2017-57 for further details on filing annual reports.
