MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Corporate Action Alert: Universal Forest Products, Inc. (UFPI)
Universal Forest Products, Inc. (UFPI) has announced a 3 for 1 stock split. Associated strike price adjustments will become effective on Wednesday, November 15, 2017. UFPI options will continue to trade without interruption on the MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Exchanges.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in UFPI will be canceled at the close of business on Tuesday, November 14, 2017.
