MIAX Options - Minor Update to FIX Order (FOI) and FIX Drop Copy (FXD) Interface Specifications

The MIAX Options Exchange has published updated FIX Order (FOI) and FIX Drop Copy (FXD) Interface specifications to support the following change in both interfaces:

FIX Order Interface (FOI) v2.2b, FIX Drop Copy (FXD) v2.2a:

  • Execution Report (MsgType = 8) – Tag# 9946 (FirmMPID) will also be included in fills or partial fills resulting from New Order Cross – Multileg messages (MsgType = As)
Important Dates:
  • Firm Test Bed 2 (FTB2) will be available on December 5, 2017
  • The production rollout is scheduled for 1st quarter, 2018. Specific dates will be announced in a future alert
