MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Corporate Action Alert: Summit Materials, Inc. (SUM)
Summit Materials, Inc. (SUM) has announced a stock dividend effective for Thursday, December 7, 2017. On that date, the current SUM option class will change to SUM1. The MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Exchanges will not list SUM1 options. Therefore, no options on SUM will be available for trading on the MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Exchanges on Thursday, December 7, 2017. Summit Materials, Inc. (SUM) will resume trading on the MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Exchanges on Friday, December 8, 2017.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in SUM will be canceled at the close of business on Wednesday, December 6, 2017.
