MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Corporate Action Alert: Direxion Daily S&P Biotech Bull 3X Shares (LABU) and Direxion Daily S&P 500 Bull 3X Shares (SPXL)
Direxion Daily S&P Biotech Bull 3X Shares (LABU) and Direxion Daily S&P 500 Bull 3X Shares (SPXL) have announced Capital Gains Distributions. Associated strike price adjustments will become effective on Wednesday, December 13, 2017. LABU and SPXL options will continue to trade without interruption on the MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Exchanges.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in LABU and SPXL will be canceled at the close of business on Tuesday, December 12, 2017.
