MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Corporate Action Alert: CPI Card Group Inc. (PMTS)
CPI Card Group Inc. (PMTS) has announced a reverse stock split effective for Wednesday, December 20, 2017. On that date, the current PMTS option class will change to PMTS1. The MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Exchanges will not list PMTS1 options. Therefore, no options on PMTS will be available for trading on the MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Exchanges on Wednesday, December 20, 2017. CPI Card Group Inc. (PMTS) will resume trading on the MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Exchanges on Thursday, December 21, 2017.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in PMTS will be canceled at the close of business on Tuesday, December 19, 2017.
