MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Delisting Alert: Planet Payment, Inc. (PLPM)
Planet Payment, Inc. (PLPM) will be de-listed from the MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Exchanges effective on Thursday, December 21, 2017.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in PLPM will be canceled at the close of business on Wednesday, December 20, 2017.
Details about the Planet Payment, Inc. (PLPM) merger are provided in the attached OCC memo.
