MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Delisting Alert: Ruby Tuesday, Inc. (RT)
Ruby Tuesday, Inc. (RT) will be de-listed from the MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Exchanges effective on Friday, December 22, 2017.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in RT will be canceled at the close of business on Thursday, December 21, 2017.
Details about the Ruby Tuesday, Inc. (RT) merger are provided in the attached OCC memo.
