MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Corporate Action Alert: Inotek Pharmaceuticals Corporation (ITEK) reverse split and name and trading symbol change to Rocket Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (RCKT)
Inotek Pharmaceuticals Corporation (ITEK) has announced a reverse split and will change its name and trading symbol to Rocket Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (RCKT) effective for Friday, January 5, 2018. On that date, the current ITEK option class will change to RCKT1. The MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Exchanges will not list RCKT1 options. Therefore, no options on RCKT will be available for trading on the MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Exchanges on Friday, January 5, 2018. Rocket Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (RCKT) will resume trading on the MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Exchanges on Monday, January 8, 2018.
NOTE: RCKT options will trade on Cloud 15 on MIAX Options and Cloud 7 on MIAX PEARL.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in ITEK will be canceled at the close of business on Thursday, January 4, 2018.
