MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Corporate Action Alert: Peregrine Pharmaceuticals Inc. (PPHM) changes its name and trading symbol to Avid Bioservices, Inc. (CDMO)
Peregrine Pharmaceuticals Inc. (PPHM) has announced a name and trading symbol change to Avid Bioservices, Inc. (CDMO), effective for Monday, January 8, 2018.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in PPHM will be canceled at the close of business on Friday, January 5, 2018.
NOTE: CDMO options will trade on Cloud 3 on MIAX Options and on Cloud 2 on MIAX PEARL.
