MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Corporate Action Alert: The Buckle Inc. (BKE) and Landstar System, Inc. (LSTR)
The Buckle Inc. (BKE) and Landstar System, Inc. (LSTR) have announced Cash Distributions. Associated strike price adjustments will become effective on Thursday, January 11, 2018. BKE and LSTR options will continue to trade without interruption on the MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Exchanges.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in BKE and LSTR will be canceled at the close of business on Wednesday, January 10, 2018.
