Market for Underlying Security Used for Openings on MIAX Options for Newly Listed Option Classes Effective Monday, January 22, 2018
MIAX Options Regulatory Circular 2018-02 identifies newly listed option classes that will start trading on MIAX Options beginning Monday, January 22, 2018, and, as set forth in MIAX Options Rule 503(d), MIAX Options shall use the exchange identified in the circular as the “market for the underlying security” for purposes of Openings on the Exchange.
