MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Corporate Action Alert: Actua Corporation (ACTA)
Actua Corporation (ACTA) has announced a distribution effective for Friday, February 2, 2018. On that date, the current ACTA option class will change to ACTA1. The MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Exchanges will not list ACTA1 options. Therefore, no options on ACTA will be available for trading on the MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Exchanges on Friday, February 2, 2018. Actua Corporation (ACTA) will resume trading on the MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Exchanges on Monday, February 5, 2018.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in ACTA will be canceled at the close of business on Thursday, February 1, 2018.
