MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Corporate Action Alert: Caesarstone Ltd. (CSTE)
Caesarstone Ltd. (CSTE) has announced a distribution effective for Tuesday, February 20, 2018. On that date, the current CSTE option class will change to CSTE1. The MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Exchanges will not list CSTE1 options. Therefore, no options on CSTE will be available for trading on the MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Exchanges on Tuesday, February 20, 2018. Caesarstone Ltd. (CSTE) will resume trading on the MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Exchanges on Wednesday, February 21, 2018.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in CSTE will be canceled at the close of business on Friday, February 16, 2018.
