MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Corporate Action Alert: Piper Jaffray Companies (PJC)

Piper Jaffray Companies (PJC) has announced a Special Cash Dividend.  Associated strike price adjustments will become effective on Friday, February 23, 2018.  PJC options will continue to trade without interruption on the MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Exchanges.

All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in PJC will be canceled at the close of business on Thursday, February 22, 2018.
