MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Corporate Action Alert: The Priceline Group Inc. (PCLN) changes its name and trading symbol to Booking Holdings Inc. (BKNG)
The Priceline Group Inc. (PCLN) has announced a name and trading symbol change to Booking Holdings Inc. (BKNG), effective for Tuesday, February 27, 2018.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in PCLN will be canceled at the close of business on Monday, February 26, 2018.
NOTE: BKNG options will trade on Cloud 2 on MIAX Options and on Cloud 2 on MIAX PEARL.
