MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Corporate Action Alert: Brown-Forman Corporation (BFB)
Brown-Forman Corporation (BFB) has announced a stock split effective for Thursday, March 1, 2018. On that date, the current BFB option class will change to BFB1. The MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Exchanges will not list BFB1 options. Therefore, no options on BFB will be available for trading on the MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Exchanges on Thursday, March 1, 2018. Brown-Forman Corporation (BFB) will resume trading on the MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Exchanges on Friday, March 2, 2018.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in BFB will be canceled at the close of business on Wednesday, February 28, 2018.
