MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Delisting Alert: Scripps Networks Interactive, Inc. (SNI)

Scripps Networks Interactive, Inc. (SNI) will be de-listed from the MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Exchanges effective on Wednesday, March 7, 2018.

All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in SNI will be canceled at the close of business on Tuesday, March 6, 2018.

Details about the Scripps Networks Interactive, Inc. (SNI) merger are provided in the attached OCC memo.
