MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Delisting Alert: Cascadian Therapeutics, Inc. (CASC) and Calgon Carbon Corporation (CCC)

Cascadian Therapeutics, Inc. (CASC) and Calgon Carbon Corporation (CCC) will be de-listed from the MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Exchanges effective on Monday, March 12, 2018.

All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in CASC and CCC will be canceled at the close of business on Friday, March 9, 2018.

Details about the Cascadian Therapeutics, Inc. (CASC) and Calgon Carbon Corporation (CCC) mergers are provided in the attached OCC memo.
