MIAX Options - Market for Underlying Security Used for Openings on MIAX Options for Newly Listed Option Class Effective Monday, March 26, 2018
MIAX Options Regulatory Circular 2018-19 identifies a newly listed option class that will start trading on MIAX Options beginning Monday, March 26, 2018, and, as set forth in MIAX Options Rule 503(d), MIAX Options shall use NASDAQ as the “market for the underlying security” for purposes of Openings on the Exchange.
