MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Corporate Action Alert: Cogint, Inc. (COGT)
Cogint, Inc. (COGT) has announced a distribution effective for Tuesday, March 27, 2018. On that date, the current COGT option class will change to COGT1. The MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Exchanges will not list COGT1 options. Therefore, no options on COGT will be available for trading on the MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Exchanges on Tuesday, March 27, 2018. Cogint, Inc. (COGT) will resume trading on the MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Exchanges on Wednesday, March 28, 2018.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in COGT will be canceled at the close of business on Monday, March 26, 2018.
