MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Corporate Action Alert: Franklin Resources, Inc. (BEN)

Franklin Resources, Inc. (BEN) has announced a Special Cash Dividend.  Associated strike price adjustments will become effective on Wednesday, March 28, 2018.  BEN options will continue to trade without interruption on the MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Exchanges.

All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in BEN will be canceled at the close of business on Tuesday, March 27, 2018.
