MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Corporate Action Alert: Sibanye-Stillwater (SBGL)
Sibanye-Stillwater (SBGL) has announced a dividend effective for Thursday, April 12, 2018. On that date, the current SBGL option class will change to SBGL2. The MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Exchanges will not list SBGL2 options. Therefore, no options on SBGL will be available for trading on the MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Exchanges on Thursday, April 12, 2018. Sibanye-Stillwater (SBGL) will resume trading on the MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Exchanges on Friday, April 13, 2018.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in SBGL will be canceled at the close of business on Wednesday, April 11, 2018.
