MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Corporate Action Alert: Ashford Hospitality Prime, Inc. (AHP) changes its name and trading symbol to Braemar Hotels & Resorts Inc. (BHR)
Ashford Hospitality Prime, Inc. (AHP) has announced a name and symbol change to Braemar Hotels & Resorts Inc. (BHR), effective for Tuesday, April 24, 2018.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in AHP will be canceled at the close of business on Monday, April 23, 2018.
NOTE: BHR options will trade on Cloud 2 on MIAX Options and on MIAX PEARL.
