MIAX Corporate Action Alert: Anthera Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (ANTH)

Anthera Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (ANTH) has announced a reverse stock split. The reverse split will become effective on Monday, May 1, 2017.  On that date the current ANTH option class will change to ANTH1. The MIAX Options Exchange will not list ANTH1 options. Therefore, no options on ANTH will be available for trading on Monday, May 1, 2017. ANTH will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange on Tuesday, May 2, 2017.

All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order book in ANTH will be canceled at the close of business on Friday, April 28, 2017.
