MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Corporate Action Alert: Cempra, Inc. (CEMP) reverse split and name and trading symbol change to Melinta Therapeutics, Inc. (MLNT)
Cempra, Inc. (CEMP) has announced a reverse split and will change its name and trading symbol to Melinta Therapeutics, Inc. (MLNT) effective for Monday, November 6, 2017. On that date, the current CEMP option class will change to MLNT1. The MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Exchanges will not list MLNT1 options. Therefore, no options on MLNT will be available for trading on the MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Exchanges on Monday, November 6, 2017. Melinta Therapeutics, Inc. (MLNT) will resume trading on the MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Exchanges on Tuesday, November 7, 2017.
NOTE: MLNT options will trade on Cloud 12 on MIAX Options and Cloud 6 on MIAX PEARL.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in CEMP will be canceled at the close of business on Friday, November 3, 2017.
