MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Corporate Action Alert: Internap Corporation (INAP)
Internap Corporation (INAP) has announced a 1-for-4 reverse stock split that is effective on Tuesday, November 21, 2017. On that date, the current INAP option class will change to INAP1. The MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Exchanges will not list INAP1 options. Therefore, no options on INAP will be available for trading on the MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Exchanges on Tuesday, November 21, 2017. Internap Corporation (INAP) will resume trading on the MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Exchanges on Wednesday, November 22, 2017.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in INAP will be canceled at the close of business on Monday, November 20, 2017.
