MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Corporate Action Alert: CONSOL Energy Inc. (CNX) distribution and name change to CNX Resources Corporation
CONSOL Energy Inc. (CNX) has announced a distribution and will change its name to CNX Resources Corporation effective for Wednesday, November 29, 2017. On that date, the current CNX option class will change to CNX1. The MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Exchanges will not list CNX1 options. Therefore, no options on CNX will be available for trading on the MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Exchanges on Wednesday, November 29, 2017. CNX Resources Corporation (CNX) will resume trading on the MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Exchanges on Thursday, November 30, 2017.
NOTE: CNX options will continue to trade on Cloud 3 on MIAX Options and Cloud 2 on MIAX PEARL.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in CNX will be canceled at the close of business on Tuesday, November 28, 2017.
