MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Corporate Action Alert: China Lodging Group, Limited (HTHT) and Insperity Inc. (NSP)
China Lodging Group, Limited (HTHT) and Insperity Inc. (NSP) have announced Special Cash Dividends. Associated strike price adjustments will become effective on Friday, December 1, 2017. HTHT and NSP options will continue to trade without interruption on the MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Exchanges.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in HTHT and NSP will be canceled at the close of business on Thursday, November 30, 2017.
