MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Corporate Action Alert: Delphi Automotive PLC (DLPH) Distribution, Name, and Symbol Change to Aptiv PLC (APTV)
Delphi Automotive PLC (DLPH) has announced a distribution and will change its name and symbol to Aptiv PLC (APTV) effective for Tuesday, December 5, 2017. On that date, the current DLPH option class will change to APTV1. The MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Exchanges will not list APTV1 options. Therefore, no options on DLPH will be available for trading on the MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Exchanges on Tuesday, December 5, 2017. Delphi Automotive PLC (DLPH) will resume trading as Aptiv PLC (APTV) on the MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Exchanges on Wednesday, December 6, 2017.
NOTE: APTV options will trade on Cloud 1 on MIAX Options and on MIAX PEARL.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in DLPH will be canceled at the close of business on Monday, December 4, 2017.
