MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Corporate Action Alert: SEACOR Holdings Inc. (CKH)
SEACOR Holdings Inc. (CKH) has announced a distribution that is effective on Thursday, December 7, 2017. On that date, the current CKH option class will change to CKH2. The MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Exchanges will not list CKH2 options. Therefore, no options on CKH will be available for trading on the MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Exchanges on Thursday, December 7, 2017. SEACOR Holdings Inc. (CKH) will resume trading on the MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Exchanges on Friday, December 8, 2017.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in CKH will be canceled at the close of business on Wednesday, December 6, 2017.
