MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Corporate Action Alert: Main Street Capital Corporation (MAIN)
Main Street Capital Corporation (MAIN) has announced a cash distribution. Associated strike price adjustments will become effective on Monday, December 18, 2017. MAIN options will continue to trade without interruption on the MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Exchanges.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in MAIN will be canceled at the close of business on Friday, December 15, 2017.
