MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Delisting Alert: Gigamon Inc. (GIMO)

Gigamon Inc. (GIMO) will be de-listed from the MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Exchanges effective on Thursday, December 28, 2017.

All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in GIMO will be canceled at the close of business on Wednesday, December 27, 2017. 

Details about the Gigamon Inc. (GIMO) merger are provided in the attached OCC memo.
