MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Delisting Alert: TerraForm Global, Inc. (GLBL)

TerraForm Global, Inc. (GLBL) will be de-listed from the MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Exchanges effective on Friday, December 29, 2017.

All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in GLBL will be canceled at the close of business on Thursday, December 28, 2017. 

Details about the TerraForm Global, Inc. (GLBL) merger are provided in the attached OCC memo.
