MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Corporate Action Alert: Sociedad Quimica y Minera de Chile S.A. (SQM)
Sociedad Quimica y Minera de Chile S.A. (SQM) has announced a dividend effective for Thursday, May 3, 2018. On that date, the current SQM option class will change to SQM1. The MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Exchanges will not list SQM1 options. Therefore, no options on SQM will be available for trading on the MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Exchanges on Thursday, May 3, 2018. Sociedad Quimica y Minera de Chile S.A. (SQM) will resume trading on the MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Exchanges on Friday, May 4, 2018.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in SQM will be canceled at the close of business on Wednesday, May 2, 2018.
