MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Corporate Action Alert: Dover Corporation (DOV)
Dover Corporation (DOV) has announced a distribution effective for Wednesday, May 9, 2018. On that date, the current DOV option class will change to DOV1. The MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Exchanges will not list DOV1 options. Therefore, no options on DOV will be available for trading on the MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Exchanges on Wednesday, May 9, 2018. Dover Corporation (DOV) will resume trading on the MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Exchanges on Thursday, May 10, 2018.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in DOV will be canceled at the close of business on Tuesday, May 8, 2018.
