MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Corporate Action Alert: Camtek Ltd. (CAMT)
Camtek Ltd. (CAMT) has announced a Special Cash Dividend. Associated strike price adjustments will become effective on Tuesday, May 15, 2018. CAMT options will continue to trade without interruption on the MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Exchanges.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in CAMT will be canceled at the close of business on Monday, May 14, 2018.
