MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Corporate Action Alert: DDR Corporation (DDR)
DDR Corporation (DDR) has announced a reverse stock split effective for Monday, May 21, 2018. On that date, the current DDR option class will change to DDR1. The MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Exchanges will not list DDR1 options. Therefore, no options on DDR will be available for trading on the MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Exchanges on Monday, May 21, 2018. DDR Corporation (DDR) will resume trading on the MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Exchanges on Tuesday, May 22, 2018.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in DDR will be canceled at the close of business on Friday, May 18, 2018.
