MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Corporate Action Alert: Windstream Holdings, Inc. (WIN)
Windstream Holdings, Inc. (WIN) has announced a reverse stock split effective for Tuesday, May 29, 2018. On that date, the current WIN option class will change to WIN1. The MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Exchanges will not list WIN1 options. Therefore, no options on WIN will be available for trading on the MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Exchanges on Tuesday, May 29, 2018. Windstream Holdings, Inc. (WIN) will resume trading on the MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Exchanges on Wednesday, May 30, 2018.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in WIN will be canceled at the close of business on Friday, May 25, 2018.
