MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Corporate Action Alert: DXC Technology Company (DXC)
DXC Technology Company (DXC) has announced a distribution effective for Friday, June 1, 2018. On that date, the current DXC option class will change to DXC1. The MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Exchanges will not list DXC1 options. Therefore, no options on DXC will be available for trading on the MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Exchanges on Friday, June 1, 2018. DXC Technology Company (DXC) will resume trading on the MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Exchanges on Monday, June 4, 2018.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in DXC will be canceled at the close of business on Thursday, May 31, 2018.
