MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Corporate Action Alert: Spirit Realty Capital, Inc. (SRC)
Spirit Realty Capital, Inc. (SRC) has announced a distribution effective for Friday, June 1, 2018. On that date, the current SRC option class will change to SRC1. The MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Exchanges will not list SRC1 options. Therefore, no options on SRC will be available for trading on the MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Exchanges on Friday, June 1, 2018. Spirit Realty Capital, Inc. (SRC) will resume trading on the MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Exchanges on Monday, June 4, 2018.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in SRC will be canceled at the close of business on Thursday, May 31, 2018.
